Hans' (above) solution worked for me. In the dialog from the project dropdown, I selected my newly created deployment project, then selected "Precompiled Web outputs" and clicked OK button. What i have noticed though, is that now our dependencies are pointing at a GAC location, where previously they were all pointing a another folder. Hotfix Kb2286556 Here's where the kicker is.
