I have disabled UAC, I disconnected from the WWW, I disabled Norton 360, I set Windows Event Logger to Auto (it stayed set), but the setting for Windows Module Installer insists State: 7 Error: 0x0 2013-07-19 22:24:16, Error CBS SPR: Failed adding package data to SQM stream. The Windows Event Collector and Windows Module Installer services are both set as Automatic, but the Windows Installer service was set as Manual.
